I love this book for the simple fact that it allowed me to teach my 18 month old all the common words in various settings (park, aquarium, farm, school and home). This book was a gift from grandparents and it quickly became my 19 mo. old daughter's obsession. She selects it any time I ask her to bring me a book to read to her and will carry it to me on a whim as well, simultaneously calling out "elmo."
